About Alicia

Alicia Almanza is a graduate of California State University San Bernardino, where she earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting. After working for a large tax corporation and then for the city of La Quinta, Alicia opened her own firm, where she continues to practice independently.

Alicia has been working as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for over 35 years, and applies a wealth of knowledge and experience to each client’s case. Acting simultaneously as a tax consultant, Alicia pays personal attention to her businesses-owning clients, keeping in regular contact for their monthly reporting.

Alicia can be counted upon as a California tax law expert, tax strategist, and long-term advisor. Many of her clients have visited her practice for more than a decade, and this loyalty is greatly appreciated on both sides. Her business-owning clients will attest that it is hugely rewarding to work with a CPA that understands the financial history of a business, deep-dives into the details, and remains equally dedicated whether the business is struggling or prospering.

Unlike book-keepers and accountants, as a licensed CPA, Alicia is qualified to practice and represent taxpayers before the IRS and receive Power of Attorney. With ongoing continuing education, Alicia remains up-to-date as an expert on the latest tax regulation.
